SoftwareConvene
Rolling out state by state

For district & school administrators

Bring it to your schools — properly.

Tell us about your district and we'll reach out to arrange access — a walkthrough if you'd like one, and the data privacy agreement your district signs before any student uses the platform.

Student-data privacy comes first. No student touches ClassConvene until your district has a signed data privacy agreement with us. We sign a full agreement with the first district in each state; every other district there joins it by signing a short amendment — Amendment E — rather than negotiating the whole document again.
The process

Five steps, and you can stop at any of them.

Nothing here commits you to anything until someone with authority actually signs.

  1. You tell us who you areFill in the form below. It takes a minute and commits you to nothing.
  2. We confirm and answer questionsWe verify who you are and answer whatever you want to ask. If you asked for a demo, we set up a walkthrough for you and anyone you'd like to bring.
  3. We prepare the right documentThe full agreement, or Amendment E if a district in your state has already signed. Ask for a PDF to review or send to counsel first — nothing is signed at that point.
  4. Whoever needs to sign, signsWe email the document to the people you name. They read it and sign in the browser — no account, no software. If more than one person must sign, each gets their own link.
  5. Access turns onEveryone gets a copy of the executed PDF and we open access for your schools.
The agreement

What your district is actually signing.

Plain terms about the data we hold, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

The categories of student and staff data the service processes, and the purpose of each — roster and identity data, academic work, and the minimum technical logging needed to run and secure the platform.

How we protect it

Our commitments on security, sub-processors, retention, deletion, and breach notification — including how quickly we tell you if something goes wrong, and how quickly data is returned or destroyed when you leave.

What we never do

We do not sell data. We do not show advertising or build advertising profiles. We do not use student content to train AI models. Your district owns its data and keeps control of it.

Want the specifics — FERPA and COPPA alignment, our sub-processors, retention windows, breach-notification terms? Ask us and we'll walk you through the full agreement personally. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Request access

Start the conversation.

No obligation, no sales sequence. We'll reply personally, answer your questions, and only send paper when you ask for it.

We use this only to reply to you. Questions any time — [email protected]

Your state decides which agreement applies — a full DPA, or Amendment E if we're already live there.

Which platform are you asking about?

One signed agreement can cover both — tick whichever you're interested in.

Would you like to see it first?

Thanks — we'll be in touch

We've received your request and will follow up by email shortly. Questions any time: [email protected].
